Eurochild launches campaign “Opening Doors fore Europe’s children”
Eurochild and and Hope and Homes for Children launched the campaign "Opening Doors for Europe’s Children" calling on the EU and national governments to prioritise the transition from institutional to family-based care – a process also known as Deinstitutionalisation.
