EASPD is looking for a researcher to do a study on EU Social Clause
EASPD is the European Association of Service providers for Persons with Disabilities. We are a European not-for-profit organisation and represent over 10,000 social service provider organisations across both Europe and disability.
To support the advocacy work we do in Brussels, and throughout Europe, we are looking for a legal Researcher who would be willing to do a study on the potential legal implications of the so-called “horizontal social clause” of the Lisbon Treaty, article 9 TFEU.
The outcome of this study will help EASPD to better understand the legal implications of Article 9, which could help to support our work in Brussels and our aims to promote equal opportunities for persons with disabilities and fight social exclusion. We also believe it could help the work of our European allies.
