An open letter on basic payment accounts was sent on March 5, 2014 by Social Platform and other 13 NGOs. It was sent to the Greek Finance Minister, who is leading the negotiations on behalf of the Greek Presidency, Commissioners Barnier and Mimica, and the EP rapporteur.
