An EU Directive Framework on Adequate Minimum Income

Today, all EU Member States provide some form of minimum income scheme. However, most fail to guarantee the individuals concerned a decent standard of living throughout their life cycle.
Social Platform calls for an EU Framework Directive which will ensure that the right to an adequate minimum income becomes a legally binding commitment for all EU Member States.
