Caritas experts cast spotlight on puzzling social impact of Europe 2020

For the 3rd year in a row, Caritas Europa is working on its annual Shadow Report on the implementation of the Europe 2020 strategy and its social impact. The report will be delivered to the European Commission by mid-October 2013.
