In the context of the mid-term review of the Europe 2020 Strategy, the European Commission launched a public consultation a few months ago to inform the review and to seek views of citizens and the general public on the further development of the target. The deadline to send in contributions is October 31, 2014.

We submitted our reply to the questionnaire mid-October focusing on the rebalancing of economic and financial policies with social policies and on how to adapt the strategy to put the EU back on track with its poverty, employment and education targets.
