On 9 November, Social Platform held our virtual Extraordinary General Assembly, bringing together our members to formally adopt the Work Programme and budget for 2022.
2022 will be an exciting and busy year for Social Platform and our members. We will:
- Continue to call for the implementation of the European Pillar of Social Rights
- Engage on the Conference on the Future of Europe
- Work for a socially just and inclusive green transition
- Strengthen our network and outreach
- Continue to engage with EU institutions and Member States
- Organise interesting events and debates
- And much more…!
During the Extraordinary General Assembly, members also formally elected Mary Collins (European Women’s Lobby) and Patrizia Bussi (European Network of Social Integration Enterprises) as Ordinary Members of our Management Committee. Both Mary and Patrizia joined the Management Committee earlier this year as interim members.
