Several members call to ensure effective equal treatment to EU seasonal migrant workers

In view of the on-going trialogue on the European Commission’s proposed directive on “conditions of entry and residence of third-country nationals for the purposes of seasonal employment”, Caritas-Europa, ENAR, FEANTSA, PICUM and a coalition of NGOs active on migration recall the need to guarantee a uniform and extensive sets of labour rights for third-country workers across the EU.
